UZMAN ALIM İLANI ORTA ÖĞRETİM PROJESİ
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Hükümeti, genel, mesleki ve teknik orta öğretim sistemimizin yeniden yapılandırılması, kalitesinin arttırılması, programların geliştirilmesi ve yenilenen programlara göre öğretmen eğitimi ile eğitim ortamlarının donatılması amacıyla Dünya Bankası'ndan (IBRD) ikraz almış bulunmaktadır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB) tarafından yürütülen proje kapsamındaki faaliyetler, Projeler Koordinasyon Merkezi Başkanlığı (PKM) tarafından koordine edilmektedir.
MEB, Orta Öğretim Projesi, kapsamındaki faaliyetler ile ilgili uygulamaları desteklemek üzere yazılım ve ağ uzmanı alanında aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip tam zamanlı 4 (dört) uzman aramaktadır. Söz konusu uzmanlar Eğitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüğünde sözleşmeli olarak Serbest Meslek Erbabı statüsünde istihdam edilecektir.
1. YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ UZMANI (3 Kişi)

• Yazılım teknolojilerinde en az 4 yıllık deneyime sahibi olmak,

• Üniversitelerin Fen veya Mühendislik Fakültelerinden mezun olmak (özellikle bilgisayar ve elektronik mühendisliği),

• Konuşma ve yazmada akıcı bir İngilizce ve Türkçe,

• Lisansüstü derece tercih sebebidir,

• MCTS; .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications, .NET Framework 2.0 Windows Applications, .NET Framework 2.0 Distributed Applications, SQL Server 2005 ve MCPD: Microsoft Certified Professional Developer; Web Developer, Windows Developer, Enterprise Applications Developer ile SCJA: Sun Certified Java Associate uluslararası yazılım sertifikası sahibi olması,
2. AĞ VE SİSTEM YÖNETİMİ UZMANI (1 Kişi)

• Ağ ve Sistem Yönetiminde en az 4 yıllık deneyim sahibi olmak,

• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden (önlisans, lisans ve lisansüstü) mezunu olmak,

• Konuşma ve yazmada akıcı bir İngilizce ve Türkçe,

• Çok bölgeli (100 ve üzeri) bilişim ağları operasyonu (kurulum-işletme) ve servis yönetimi bilgisi ve deneyimi (ITIL sertifikasyonu tercih sebebidir).

• MPLS-VPN teknolojileri konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi,

• Network ürünleri (Cisco Router, Cisco ACE, Cisco Switch, Cisco Firewall vb.) konusunda en az 3 yıl iş tecrübesi olmak ve belgeleyebilmek.
Yukarıda sözü edilen uzmanlarla ilgili aranan nitelikler, iş tanımları ve sözleşme Bakanlığımız Internet adresinde (http://www.meb.gov.tr/) İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak yayınlanmıştır.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR POSITIONS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATION PROJECT
The Government of Republic of Turkey has received a loan from the World Bank (IBRD) for Secondary Education Project (SEP) to re-structure general, vocational and technical secondary education in Turkey; to increase the quality in education; to develop new programs and to train its teachers in line with newly developed programs. All activities under this Project implemented by the Ministry of the National Education (MONE), are coordinated by the Projects Coordination Center (PCC).
The MONE is in search of 4 (four) IT Procurement Specialist to be employed for full time positions under the SEP, having below the following specifications. These individual specialists will be employed in the General Directory of Educational Technologies in the status of contracted self-employed staff.
1. SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALIST

• At least 4-year experience on software technologies,

• Graduation from Science or Engineering Faculties (particularly computer and electronics engineering) of universities,

• Fluency in English and Turkish writing and speaking skills,

• Postgraduate degree is preferable,

• Having international certificates on MCTS: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist; .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications, .NET Framework 2.0 Windows Applications, .NET Framework 2.0 Distributed Applications, SQL Server 2005 and MCPD: Microsoft Certified Professional Developer; Web Developer, Windows Developer, Enterprise Applications Developer and SCJA: Sun Certified Java Associate
2. NETWORK AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

• At least 4-year experience on networking and system management,

• Graduation from relevant departments of universities (associate degree, graduate, and postgraduate),

• Fluency in English and Turkish writing and speaking skills,

• Multi-regional (100 and more) Informatics Networking Operation (installation-operating) and Service Management knowledge and experience (ITIL certification is preferable).

• Knowledge and experience on MPLS-VPN technologies,

• At least 3-year working experience and certificates on network products (Cisco Router, Cisco ACE, Cisco Switch, Cisco Firewall vb.).
Qualification requirements, TORs and Contract forms for the posts above mentioned are published in the Official web-site of the Ministry (http://www.meb.gov.tr/) both in Turkish and in English.
Applicants for the above positions must submit a detailed resume in English and in Turkish, together with an application letter declaring their contact addresses and the posts they are applying for, clearly to the address below before 19.09.2010 at 17:00.
